Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied. If the Software doesn't work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Digital Goods Policy

SEO Image Pro is a digital software product delivered as a license key. Once a license key is activated on a device, the purchase is considered fulfilled. As with most digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds after activation.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

✓ Eligible for a full refund:

  • • The Software crashes or fails to launch on your Windows 10/11 system and our support team cannot fix it within 48 hours.
  • • Your license key was not delivered within 30 minutes of confirmed payment and support cannot retrieve it.
  • • The Software does not function as described and support cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
  • • You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment system error.

3. When You Are Not Eligible

✗ Not eligible for a refund:

  • • You changed your mind after the key was activated.
  • • You purchased the wrong plan — we can offer an upgrade credit instead.
  • • You did not try the 10-day free trial before purchasing.
  • • The Software works correctly but did not produce the SEO results you expected.
  • • Your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements (Windows 10/11, 64-bit).

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@img4seo.online with subject "Refund Request — [your order email]". Describe the technical issue you are experiencing.

Allow 48 hours for resolution
Our team will attempt to diagnose and fix the issue. Most problems are resolved within a few hours.

Refund issued if unresolved
If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will process your refund to your bank account within 1–3 business days.

5. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that has been activated, this right is typically waived at the moment of delivery. If you have not yet activated your key, you may exercise withdrawal rights within 14 days by emailing us.
