These Terms govern your access to and use of SEO Image Pro (the "Software") provided by img4seo.online ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the number of devices specified by your plan:

The Software is licensed, not sold. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Software or its source code.
2. Permitted Use
- ✓ Install and run the Software on the permitted number of devices.
- ✓ Process images for personal or commercial projects within your organization.
- ✓ Create one (1) backup copy of the Software installer for archival purposes.
3. Prohibited Use
Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate license termination without refund.
- ✗ Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software or any license key.
- ✗ Share, publish, or distribute your license key to third parties.
- ✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
- ✗ Remove or alter any copyright notices or license protection mechanisms.
- ✗ Use automated tools to generate multiple trial activations.
4. Purchase & Key Delivery
Purchases are made via Vietnamese bank transfer. After payment is verified (typically within 1–2 minutes), your license key is automatically delivered to the email address provided in the transfer description.
- • Ensure you enter your correct email in the transfer description.
- • If you don't receive your key within 5 minutes, check spam or contact support@img4seo.online.
- • Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND). No VAT or additional fees.
5. License Transfer
You may transfer your Personal license to a different machine once per calendar year free of charge by contacting support. Team licenses may reassign devices freely within the licensed count.
6. Updates & Support
Paid licenses include free software updates for life. Support is provided via email at support@img4seo.online. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights you may have under EU consumer protection law.
